The DSP stock mirror form is displayed when you select the Stock mirror file option from the VOLVO UK DSP Menu. It enables you to view a position of the stock file at the time the last stock amendments file (D32) and stock movements file (D40) were submitted to Volvo.
Part number: The Volvo part number
Bin location: The bin location for the part at the time the D32 was last submitted
Service qty.: This relates to the Issued in field on the Description Tab of the stock card. If the value in the Issued in field does not equal the Service quantity, the system advises the change in the D32 file.
Forecast: The average monthly demand. This is the equivalent of the Average monthly demand field on the Demand Tab of the stock card.
Stock quantity: This field is the equivalent of the Total stock quantity field on the Quantities Tab of the stock card. It advises the quantity on hand.
Demand: The total sales for this month. This is the equivalent of the Requests - Now field on the Demand Tab of the stock card.
On order: The order quantity on the purchase order from the supplier. This is the equivalent of the Quantity on p/order field on the Quantities Tab of the stock card.
