Identifying Unsubmitted Records

A search routine is available that enables you to identify unsubmitted records. This is normally used after you have auto-created notifications. It allows you to identify easily the notifications just created and to make any amendments required prior to submission.

To identify/amend unsubmitted records:

  1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS MENU, select the Service notifications option and the Point-of-Sale company required.

    The Volvo service notification form is displayed.

  2. Click the Ellipsis button next to the WIP number field.

    A pop-up menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Unsubmitted only option.

    The system displays a list of unsubmitted records.

  4. Select the notification that you want to amend.

    The details of the service are copied into the form.

  5. Click Amend. Make the necessary amendments and click Save.

    The record is saved.
