The Auto-create WIPs form is displayed when you select the Auto-create option from the File menu. This form displays any WIP's eligible for inclusion in a service notification. From this form, you can create a batch of service notifications, omitting any records that you do not want to include in the submission. You can include up to a maximum of 250 WIP's per batch.
WIP: The Work-in-Progress number generated in Point-of-Sale (POS).
Model: The Volvo model code, taken from the WIP if possible.
Registration: The vehicle registration number, taken from the WIP if possible.
Action: Indicates whether you have flagged the WIP as Auto-create or Omitted. Any records that are flagged as Omitted will not be submitted to Volvo.
Tip: Double-click the Action field to toggle between Auto-create and Omitted.
PUSH BUTTONS
Create: Generates a service notification.
Cancel: Returns you to the Volvo Service Notification form.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
