Introduction

The warranty system allows the creation of Volvo warranty claims from Point-of Sale WIPS. This help system takes you from the creation of a warranty job on the Autoline system through the transmission of claims to Volvo.

Set-up

Before you invoice a warranty job, ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly. This is normally carried out by, or on advice from, a consultant.
