The Find Customer Enquiries form is displayed by clicking the Recall Enquiry icon on the Showroom Customer Enquiries form.
The form provides a number of different search criteria to help locate previously created enquiries. Only one method can be used to filter the list of enquiries. Select the radio button which corresponds to the chosen criteria and enter the appropriate information in the adjacent fields. Then select Next from the View menu or click the
Next toolbar icon.
The options are as follows:
That are in progress: Select this option if the enquiry to be recalled was stored as 'in progress'.
That are my enquiries: Select this option if the enquiry to be recalled was created by, or assigned to, the current user.
That have been used today
For customer: Click the ellipsis button ... to search for the customer for whom the enquiry was created.
Note: Enquiry or quotation recalled via this method only can be deleted in the Showroom Enquiry Search Results . Deleting removes the related statistics; however, the Enquiry events remains in CRM Today's performance
For stock vehicle: Enter the Vehicle Stockbook number of the vehicle for which the enquiry was created.
Made between dates: Enter start and end dates to specify the period during which the enquiry was created. Click the ellipsis buttons ... to select dates using pop up calendars.
That are status: Select a status code from the drop-down list to recall an enquiry of a specific type (e.g. quotes, orders, invoices, etc.)
With reference: Enter the number of the enquiry to be recalled.
For company: Click the ellipsis button to search for the company associated with enquiry to be recalled.
Made in branch: Select the branch from the drop-down field at which the enquiry was created.
With trade-in registration: Enter the registration number of the customer vehicle included in the enquiry to be recalled.
Where the customer order number is: Enter the order number of the enquiry.
For sales exec: Select the required sales executive from the
drop down. Executives displayed in the list are members of the same Showroom Sales Team as the logged in user. If no Teams exist this method of search is unavailable.
Just show all of them: Displays all enquiries since the last time the quote file was consolidated.
Note: On exit of an enquiry the display is taken back to the previous stage, either from the Enquiry to the Enquiry Search Results, or selecting Previous from the Enquiry Search Results to the search method in Find Customer Enquiries..

Tools > Reprint quotes Allows you to reprint a selected quotation via the Document archive module. Tools > Reprint order Allows you to reprint a selected orders via the Document archive module. Tools > Reprint Invoices Allows you to reprint a selected Invoices via the Document archive module. Only if using MKV mode. Tools > Supplementary invoicing Supplementary invoicing, is the same as the option on the Showroom Main Menu. Help > Help Displays this help page. Alternatively, press F1.
