Expected Replacement Report

The Expected Replacement report gives a overview of the vehicles for which the replacement is due in a number of months.

The Expected Replacement Date can be calculated after changing the Buy Cycle field on the Lifestyle tab, which can be found in the Extra-Details menu-option of the customer menu of a CRM record.

The buy circle (in years) is added to the Delivery date of a vehicle, which then should be the expected replacement date.

Expected Replacement Date Form

This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Mercedes-Benz CRM Menu > Expected Replacement. It prints or displays the result of the selection.

Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.

Sales executive: Select the sales executive. If left blank, all sales executives are taken along.

Replacement due in next months: Enter the number of months in which the expected replacement date should fall.

Buttons:

OK: Processes the information entered on the form.

Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.

Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.

Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.

Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.

The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.

Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
