Preferred Method Of Contact Report

The Preferred Method of Contact report gives an overview of the overview type per customer.

Preferred Method Of Contact (MK) Form

This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Mercedes-Benz CRM Menu > Preferred Method Of Contact. It prints or displays the result of the selection.

Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.

Check contact: Select the contact type. If left blank, all contact types are displayed.

Buttons:

OK: Processes the information entered on the form.

Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.

Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.

Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.

Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.

The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.

Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
