The Company Address Validation report gives an overview of the company address which have or have not been validated by Fuzzy!Post.
This form is displayed when you click CRM > [Company] > Reports & Enquiries > Mercedes-Benz CRM Menu > Company Address Validation. It prints or displays the result of the selection.
Output type: Select the one of the display or print options required.
Validation status: If selected, the address is validated if not the address is not validated before.
From first letter (A-Z): Gives together with the To first letter (A-Z) field the possibility to set a range. The addresses that match the range are put in the report.
To first letter (A-Z): The end value of the range.
Consider DQ sensor parameters: Select to consider the valid status codes from the DQ Sensor CRM Step 3 parameters in this report.
Buttons:
OK: Processes the information entered on the form.
Cancel: Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz CRM menu.
Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.
Schedule: Opens the Timed Operations Schedule form.
Add to batch: Adds the report to a selected report group. With this you can print the report at a later point, perhaps with other batched reports.
Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons appears dimmed when the Output type field is set to Display.
The reports are built with the Report generator of Autoline. The facilities of the Report Generator allow you to create your own reports from any combination of the fields on your records.
Tip: When you browse a report in the Internet Explorer (HTML), you might need to use the Refresh button to open the latest version of a report. It is also possible to change the Internet options, to Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page.
