Set-up the Autoline parameters

In order for the Smart CRM Interface to function correctly, you must set up the parameters within the Autoline system.

Smart CRM Interface Parameters

To access the parameters, you must:

• From the Main menu, the Mercedes-Benz Main Menu.
• The Mercedes-Benz Main menu is displayed.
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main menu, the Utilities menu option.
• Now the Utilities menu is opened.
• Select from the Utilities menu, the Mercedes-Benz Parameter option.
• The Mercedes-Benz parameter configuration utility form is displayed.
• Select from the Project parameters three the Smart CRM option in the Marketing area.

Make sure that these parameters are set up for every Marketing company you want to run the Smart CRM Interface.
