Note: If the manufacturer issues price mapping files, it is unlikely that you will ever need to make changes, unless advised to do so. You can create, amend or delete records on the mapping file. However, any changes that you make will be overwritten the next time an update is uploaded.
The manufacturer will supply a price mapping file if they require the Autoline system to build part numbers in a specific format. You are given the option to convert mapping files when you use the Price File Set-up option to upload and convert the price file from a remote machine.
To access the mapping file:
The Price file menu is displayed.
The Price file mapping form is displayed.
