WIS/ASRA

In order for the Point-of-Sale interface to function correctly, you must set up the Language and Workstation parameters within the WIS/ASRA software.

Language Selection

Specify the required languages within the parameters.

To set up the language parameters:

1. From the WIS/ASRA main form, click the System maintenance button.

2. Click the Select language button.

3. For each priority level, select the possible languages.

4. Click the Set button.

Workstation Settings

To access the workstation settings:

1. From the WIS/ASRA main form, click the System Admin button.

2. Click the System Config button.

   The System Settings form is displayed.

3. Set up the following parameters.

Directory exportfile This is the location where WIS/ASRA saves the export file. This is filled when WIS/ASRA is installed and not editable

Name export file with extension The name and extension of the file. Also a non editable field.

Invinitive time(ZM): Do you want the user to be able to change labour times within WIS/ASRA?

Note: This setting does not affect the Point-of-Sale interface on the Autoline system but changed times are marked with a different colour on the Workshop Information System Interface Form.

Timetype: The time format:

• Arbeits Wette (Germany)

• Hours

Environment: For countries other than Germany, set to:

• 10: not German

Distance units: Depending on what in the country.

Press the Save button to save the changes.
