The Mapping Transmission Type list is displayed within the Mapping Transmission Types grid, when you have selected the Mapping Transmission types.
Tip: To reduce the amount post UVS-Out interface vehicle maintenance, the mapping table should contain the most common mappings available. Example, the UVS-Out interface has a transmission code of M (Manual), Autoline facilitates the recording of transmission based upon the number of gears (4 speed, 5 speed or 6 speed).
What do you want to do?
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - Vehicle Information > Mapping tables and then selecting File > Open > Mapping Transmission types from the toolbar or seleting the Mapping Transmission types radio button.

Mapping Transmission Types Grid:
UVS-Out Transmission type: Indicates the Transmission type code from the UVS-Out interface.
Autoline Type: Indicates the mapped Autoline Transmission type code as defined within Franchise data.
Autoline Transmission description: Displays the description of the Autoline Transmission type.
Click File > New from the toolbar. The Mapping Transmission Type Form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click

> New toolbar button.
Fields:
UVS-Out Code: Defines the UVS-Out interface transmission type code.
Autoline Code: Defines the required mapped Autoline Transmission type code.
Click the Dropdown 
located next to the Autoline code data entry field. A list of the Autoline Franchise Data Transmission types is displayed, for mapping against the UVS-Out Transmission type.
Select the required Autoline transmission type code which defines the required mapping relationship.
Click the OK button to create the new transmission type mapping record.
Buttons:
OK: Accept and creates a new UVS-Out transmission type mapping record.
Cancel: Cancel the creation of a new transmission type code.
Select the Transmission mapping type record to maintain. The Mapping Transmission Type Form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - Vehicle Information > Mapping tables > Mapping Transmission Types > select the correct Transmission Type.
Fields:
UVS-Out Code: Display of the UVS-Out interface transmission type code.
Autoline Code: Defines the mapped Autoline Transmission type code.
Click the Dropdown located next to the Autoline code data entry field. A list of the Autoline Franchise Data Transmission types is displayed, for mapping against the UVS-Out Transmission type.
Select the required Autoline transmission type code which defines the required mapping relationship.
Click the OK button to save the changes to the transmission type mapping record.
Buttons:
OK: Accept the UVS-Out and Autoline transmission type mapping changes.
Cancel: Cancel the maintenance of the transmission type code.
Delete: Delete the selected transmission type mapping code.
Warning: Be aware that deleting a record is processed without any warning messages.
