Maintain Mapping CRM Branches

The Mapping CRM Branches list is displayed within the Mapping CRM Branches grid, when you have selected the Mapping CRM Branches.

Tip: Set this up when every CRM branch has a separate Dealer number in UVS-Out. The correct dealer code is taken to identify the dealer to UVS-Out. This overrules the Default Dealer number in the Vehicle Information Interface Parameters.

• Create a new branch mapping record.
• Create, maintain, delete a branch mapping record.

UVS-Out Mapping Tables Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - Vehicle Information > Mapping tables and then selecting File > Open > Mapping CRM Branches from the toolbar or seleting the Mapping CRM Branches radio button.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Exit		Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz VeDoc Interface menu.
File > Open		Opens the selected mapping table from the list and displays it in the current form; Mapping Transmission types, Mapping Body codes, Mapping Fuel codes and Mapping CRM branches.
File > New		Creates a mapping to the selected mapping table. This option is available after opening a mapping table.
File > Amend		Edit the mapping of the selected mapping record. This option is available after opening a mapping table.
File > Delete		Deletes the selected mapping record. This option is available after opening a mapping table. Warning: Be aware, deleting a record is processed without any message.
Help > Help		Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Mapping CRM Branches Grid:

CRM Branch: Indicates the Location of Autoline. These Locations are defined in System Utilities.

Description: Indicates the description of the Location of Autoline.

UVS-Out Dealer number: Indicates the Dealer number of UVS-Out.

Create a New Mapping CRM Branch Record

Click File > New from the toolbar. The Mapping CRM Branch Form is displayed.

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - Vehicle Information > Mapping tables > Mapping CRM Branches > New toolbar button.

Fields:

Branch Code: Defines the Autoline branch code.

UVS-Out Dealer number: Defines the required mapped UVS-Out dealer number.

1. Click the Dropdown located next to the Branch code data entry field. A list of the Autoline locations / branches is displayed, for mapping against the UVS-Out dealer code.

2. Select the required Autoline branch code which defines the required mapping relationship.

3. Click the OK button to create the new branch code mapping record.

Buttons:

OK: Accept and creates a new UVS-Out branch code mapping record.

Cancel: Cancel the creation of a new Branch code.

Maintain, Delete a Mapping CRM Branch Record

Select the CRM branch record to maintain. The Mapping CRM Branch Form is displayed.

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Sales > Menu - Vehicle Information > Mapping tables > Mapping CRM Branches > select the correct CRM Branch.

Fields:

Branch Code: Defines the Autoline branch code.

UVS-Out Dealer number: Defines the required mapped UVS-Out dealer number.

1. Click the Dropdown located next to the Branch code data entry field. A list of the Autoline locations / branches is displayed, for mapping against the UVS-Out dealer code.

2. Select the required Autoline Branch code which defines the required mapping relationship.

3. Click the OK button to save the changes to the branch code mapping record.

Buttons:

OK: Accept the UVS-Out and Autoline Branch code mapping.

Cancel: Cancel the maintenance of the Branch code.

Delete: Delete the selected Branch code mapping code.

Warning: Be aware that deleting a record is processed without any warning messages.
