UVS-Out Functionality In CRM

Retrieve UVS-Out information in CRM

Before UVS-Out becomes available in CRM, you need to select or create a vehicle and complete the Chassis number and Franchise fields.

Note: In case the CRM vehicle would have the Progress code of I, F or X in VSB, you cannot update the UVS-Out options into the concerned CRM files.

Retrieve UVS-Out information in CRM

To Retrieve UVS-Out information in CRM

  1. Select from the Main menu the CRM menu, combined with concerned company.

    The CRM menu is displayed.

  2. Select from the CRM menu the My desktop option.

    The CRM form is displayed.

  3. Click Vehicle in My Shortcuts on the CRM form.

    The vehicle details are displayed in the CRM form.

  4. Create or select a vehicle and make sure that the Franchise and the Chassis number fields are completed.

    The UVS-Out functionality becomes available as a menu button and a menu-item (Vehicle Information Interface) in Vehicle options.

  5. Click Vehicle options > Vehicle Information Interface

    The Retrieve Vehicle Information Form is displayed.

Because you are editing or creating a vehicle, it is possible to select or deselect lines in the list. Where after you can update the selected lines to CRM vehicle record in Autoline. Otherwise, the UVS-Out retrieval is identified as REVIEW MODE.
