Note: You can retrieve UVS-Out information in the modules Manufacturer Systems, CRM, POS, VSB or Showroom. Depending on the module and existing data / settings in Autoline, you may run a request or do an update of vehicle data via de UVS-Out interface.

The options Select All, Deselect All an Update are unavailable in the Retrieve Vehicle information form of Manufacturer systems, because here it is not possible to do an update to a certain vehicle record selected in Autoline.
Fields
Franchise code: Displays the franchise code of the concerning vehicle in Autoline.
Model: Displays the model code of the concerning vehicle in Autoline.
Variant: Displays a specific listing of variants within the chosen model.
Chassis number: Indicates the chassis number of the concerning vehicle.
The Franchise code, Model and Variant fields are blank in Manufacturer systems, because no specific vehicle is selected in Autoline before opening the Retrieve Vehicle information form.
When the user needs to enter the chassis number, the chassis number field is made available.
In the grid are four columns displayed
1st column contains the UVS-Out code regarding the vehicle data for the chosen chassis number.
2nd column contains the Vehicle data retrieved from UVS-Out.
3rd column depending on the module and edit mode of the vehicle record you can select or deselect records for updating in Autoline, by clicking the concerning line.
4th column depending on the module this column displays the vehicle record information which exist on the chosen vehicle record in Autoline.
You cannot update the lines that contain grey characters or the Vehicle data that contains the same values in UVS-Out and Autoline.
By using the up arrow and down arrow keys you can move through the lines and with the spacebar you can select or deselect the current line for updating in Autoline. It is also possible to click on the specific line you want to select or deselect.
