The Create application files list the files that already exist and highlight any files that have not been created.
Warning:The option to Create files requires an access priority of nine and should only be used by Autoline personnel or, in certain circumstances, by the System Manager under the guidance of Autoline personnel.
To access the Create application files form:
From the Rev. 8 Master menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and then the Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The BE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Create files option.
The Create application files form is displayed.
This form is displayed from the BE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu which resides on the BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu and Create Application Files option is selected.
Description: The description of the file.
Status: File status e.g. file already exists.
Record size: Number records file can hold.
Create: Ticked or un ticked.
