Used to define additional parameters for leasing companies using MaintBook as a data source.
To access the Web Auto-Approval Parameters (Maintbook Tab):
From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.
The Maintenance Control menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu form is displayed.
Select the Web Auto-Approve Rules option.
The Web Auto-Approval Parameters form is displayed.
Select the Maintbook Tab.
Maintbook provides standard costs and standard times for jobs This provides some additional information that may be validated. The following fields are displayed:
Parts cost tolerance %: The percentage difference of the parts cost entered by the supplier to that held within the Maintbook data that is allowed.
Labour Time tolerance %: The percentage difference of the labour cost entered by the supplier to that held within the MAintbook data that is allowed.
Include balance costs with tyre: The cost of a tyre balance is included in the tyre approval total. e.g. dealing with Kwik Fit the balance cost is included within the total; this assumes that we only have one tyre supplier.
Include valve costs with tyre: The cost of a valve is included in the tyre approval total e.g. dealing with Kwik Fit the valve cost is included within the total; this assumes that we only have one tyre supplier.
