This form works in conjunction with the Location Cost Centres form.
This option is a routine to update the agreement owning location cost centre field (FM.agree.OWNLOCC). This routine is only be available if the Fleet Environment Cost centre source is set to O to denote P&L by owned location, BS by lease type.
This function may be run from a menu option initially but be set as a timed operation when testing has been completed. This must be set before the post to accounts run in the timed schedule of events.
This function carries out the following procedures:
Obtains the Daily Rental Vehicle owning location (MK.drveh.OWNLOCCN) field for each vehicle and populates the result to the new field in the Maintain Location Cost Centres file (FC.locccBRANCHCD).
If a match is found the system must perform the following tasks:
- Check the FC.loccc.IDENTIFER for that branch code and if set to Y update FM.agree.OWNLOCCC with the FC.loccc.COSTCENT for that BRANCCD.
- If the FC.loccc.IDENTIFER for that branch code is set to N do NOT update to the FM.agree.OWNLOCCC.
If a match is not found then the system must perform the following task:
- Populate the FM.agree.OWNLOCCC with blank.

To access Update Owned Location Cost Centres:
From the Master Menu, select the Contract Administration option and Company required.
The Contract Administration Menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous Options option.
The Miscellaneous Options Menu is displayed.
Select the Update Owned Location Cost Centres option.
The Update Owned Location Cost Centres form is displayed.
This form is divided into four parts that are as follows:

Provides a brief textual explanation of what the process is about to do.
This process will update owned location cost centres for all agreements where the identifier flag on the location cost centre record for the required branch is set to "Y"
