Miscellaneous 2 Tab

Overview

Selection of the Miscellaneous 2 Tab enables the review and editing of user-defined document fields against the agreement; the system enables the tracking of the receipt for defined documents (or, whether these documents are actually required for the current agreement).

Tip: Each of the fields contained within this form may be defined by the user within the Documents Tab within System Parameters.

To access the Miscellaneous 2 Tab:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.

    The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Contract Management option.

    The Contract Management form is displayed.

  3. Select the Open icon.

    The Contract Search form is displayed.

  4. Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.

  5. Select the Edit icon.

  6. Select the Front page shortcut from the menu on the left of the form.

    The contract management Agreement Tab is displayed.

  7. Select the Miscellaneous 2 Tab.

Miscellaneous 2 Tab Dialogue Box

The Miscellaneous 2 Tab Dialogue Box contains the following fields:

Misc Document Description Fields (x 20): A series of document tracking fields (documents are defined by the user in the Documents Tab within System Parameters; these fields enable the tracking of the receipt for the defined documents (or, whether these documents are actually required for the current agreement).

Tip: The text label immediately to the left of the field is defined by whatever text is entered within the corresponding numbered field within the Documents Tab within System Parameters. The number of the field is always displayed in parentheses.

The Drop-down button immediately to the right of this field displays the following current document tracking statuses:
