Note: If the Use Fleet Quotes Module checkbox in the General Tab of System Parameters (which denotes that the Fleet Kompact module is to be used in conjunction with the Fleet Quotations module) is unticked then the following three additional tabs are displayed within system parameters enabling input of information that would otherwise have been defined with the Fleet Quotations module. These tabs are RFL Details, Heavy RFL and Product Descriptions.
This tab stores codes and descriptions for the Motor club and Relief vehicle types used in the creation of a contract.
To access the Product Description Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Product Description Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Motor Club Types
Code: The motor club code. Enter a unique alphanumeric code of up to 10 characters.
Description: The full description associated with the Motor Club code. Enter a unique alphanumeric code of up to 40 characters.
Relief Vehicle Types
Code: The relief vehicle code. Enter a unique alphanumeric code of up to 10 characters.
Description: The full description associated with the relief vehicle code. Enter a unique alphanumeric code of up to 40 characters.
