This form enables selection of a vehicle contract to which services are to be added or deleted and then the required services to be selected. The new service is selected from the Fleet Quotations product tables (set up within the Product Management menu) and once selected the Service Management form is displayed enabling entry of the Monthly Value. A new profi line is added to the Profi Tab of the live agreement using the apropriate finance/service elements.
To access Service Management:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management Menu is displayed.
Select the Service Management option.
The Service Management form is displayed.
This form is divided into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar displays other useful identification criteria and buttons.

Contract Selection
Registration number: Selection of the
button opens the Fleet Global Search form so that selection criteria may be entered to locate the required vehicle contract. Alternatively, the vehicle registration number may be directly entered.
Service edit mode: Selection of the
button allows selection of the following:
ADD Add Service DELETE Delete Service Once Add or Delete have been selected (and the TAB key selected then the required services to be added/deleted are selected below.
Services
Insurance option: A checkbox which, if selected, denotes that the Insurance service is to be actioned. Once selected the
button is enabled in the field immediately to the right enables the appropriate Insurance product to be selected for addition or deletion. The Insurance Products are initially defined in the Insurance Options table held within Fleet Quotations / Miscellaneous Options / Product Management.
Motorclub option: A checkbox which, if selected, denotes that the Motor club service is to be actioned. Once selected the
button is enabled in the field immediately to the right enables the appropriate Motor Club product to be selected for addition or deletion. The Motor Club Products are initially defined in the Motor Club Options table held within Fleet Quotations / Miscellaneous Options / Product Management.
Accident Management: A checkbox which, if selected, denotes that the Accident Management service is to be actioned. Once selected the
button is enabled in the field immediately to the right enables the appropriate Accident Management product to be selected for addition or deletion. The Accident Management Products are initially defined in the Accident Management Costs table held within Fleet Quotations / Miscellaneous Options / Product Management.
Additional Cost: A checkbox which, if selected, denotes that the Additional Costs service is to be actioned. Once selected the
button is enabled in the field immediately to the right enables the appropriate Additional Costs product to be selected for addition or deletion. The Additional Costs Products are initially defined in the Additional Costs table held within Fleet Quotations / Miscellaneous Options / Product Management.
