The Add/modify index option allows you view a list of all documents that have been archived, and also displays all information relating to the archived documents.
To display the document archive index:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Document archive option and the Company you require.
The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Add/modify index option.
The Document Archive Index form is displayed.
The Document Archive Index form is displayed when the Add/modify index option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu. This form displays all documents that have been archived, in a grid format.
Following is some of the key information the grid displays relating to the archived documents:
Document number
Account number
WIP number
Creation Date
Creation Time
BUTTONS:
Exit: Returns you to the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
