Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Document Archive module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Document Archive:

1. From the Autoline Master menu, select the Document archive option and the Company you require.

   The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
