The Word-search extract option allows you to you perform word searches, which essentially assist you in finding the specific archived document for which you are searching.
To perform a word-search extract:
From the Autoline Master menu, select the Document archive option and the Company you require.
The DOCUMENT ARCHIVE menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Word-search extract option.
The Word-search extract form is displayed.
Click OK.
A progress of the word search extract is displayed.
Click the Done button.
The Word-search Extract form is displayed when the Word-search extract option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
The following fields are displayed on the form:
Minimum word length
Maximum word length
Sort sequence keypath
Non-alphabetic characters to include in words
Valid words which will be excluded
Short words which will be included
Numbers of data records to scan
Total number of words found
Number of valid words excluded
Number of short words included
Word index file size
BUTTONS:
OK: Begins processing.
Cancel: Returns you to the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Done: Click this button when the word search extract is completed.
