Each estimate that is imported from a subsystem can have up to eight names and addresses attached to it. These names and addresses are stored in a separate file.Address maintenance allows the user to manage the stored names and addresses.
To maintain the addresses:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select Miscellaneous options.
The BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the Address maintenance option.
The System Sorted by form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu from the BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu and select the Address Maintenance option.
Magic: A unique, internally maintained, 'magic' record number. Not available for amending.
Company Name: Company name supplied by subsystem.
Address 1 - Address 2 - Address 3 - Address 4: Full address details i.e. Name of Premises, Street and Number, Town or City, County etc.
Postcode: Complete as appropriate.
Home Telephone Number. : Complete as appropriate.
Work Telephone Number. : Complete as appropriate.
Contact Name: Contact name for telephone number.
Fax Number.: Complete as appropriate.
VAT Reg Number.: VAT number for a VAT registered company.
Address Type:Target or Company record type.
Short Key-name and Telephone No.: Complete as appropriate.
MK Target Magic: CRM customer record number.
First Name: First name of person as supplied by subsystem.
Surname: Surname of person as supplied by subsystem.
Title: Complete as appropriate.
