This form displays Maintains codes that define categories of Record data related to customer defined bodyshop vehicle codes and condition codes.
To access the Record Maintenance form:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select Miscellaneous options.
The BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the Record type maintenance option.
The Record maintenance (Mappings Sorted by: Record Type) form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu from the BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu and select the Record Maintenance option.
Record Type: Insert single categories code.
