When certain events are encountered during the processing of an estimates detail the system can be programmed to EMail selected users with that information. This file defines when these events should generate an automated email to specified users contained in EMail user list.

To access the EMail Types form:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select Miscellaneous options.
The BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the EMail types option.
The EMail Types form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu from the BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu and select the EMail types option.
EMail Type: EMail "event" type :
Administrator: Emailed when estimates are imported.
Parts: Emailed when a WIP is created with unknown part numbers on it.
Labour: Emailed when a WIP is created with unknown RTS codes on it.
Description: The subject of the Email
ACK: Acknowledgement Required Yes or No?
Expiry: Message life in days
Note: You can have several lines with the same type, allowing several people to be mailed.
