The VAT codes supplied by the subsystems are mapped into the Autoline standard VAT codes using this table.
To access the Vat Code mapping form:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select Miscellaneous options.
The BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select the VAT code mapping option.
The VAT Mapping Table Sorted by form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select BE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu from the BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu and select the VAT Mapping Table option.
Subsystem: The two-character identifier for the subsystem that supplied the code.
SS Code: The VAT code supplied by the subsystem

KCC VAT Code: The Autoline VAT code to be used.
