Enables the creation and editing of user-defined numeric fields against the motor record.
To access the System Parameters Numeric Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Numeric Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Numeric Description Fields (x 20): A series of numeric fields that may then be accessed via the Additional Data form accessed via the
icon (or Additional Vehicle Data option from the Tools menu) within Fleet Agreement Review.
For example, within the Description 1 field the user may enter Benefit In Kind; this then becomes a field called Benefit In Kind in the Numeric Tab of the Additional Data form.
