Ford Warranty Claim Information form's Visit tab
This form is displayed on selecting the Warranty visit types option from the Warranty file maintenance menu. It enables maintenance of visit repair type records requested by Ford.
Note: The visit repair types file is normally set up by, or on advice from, a consultant. It is unlikely that you will need to change it unless advised to do so by the manufacturer. Any changes you make will be overwritten the next time an update is uploaded from the manufacturer.
GRID:
Code: Identifies the visit type (R1 or R2)
Description: The nature of the visit (Warranty/ESP for extended warranty or Claims for Freight costs)
