This tab is displayed when you select Ford Operations menu > Ford OWS claims menu > Select Service and Repair Claims and click the Ford logo. Then click the Claim 1 tab. It contains basic information about the warranty claim.
Tip: Use the Claim number ellipsis button ![[...]](Ellipsis.gif){kind=small}
or the search button 
on the toolbar to retrieve a claim record.
Dealer Details Group:
Dealer code: Identifies the dealer (set in Ford warranty parameters)
Suffix: A code, allocated to the dealer by Ford, corresponding to POS code (set in Ford warranty parameters)
Visit record type: The type of claim:
- R1: Warranty/ESP (extended warranty).
- R2: Claims for freight costs.
Receptionist code: Identifies a receptionist.
Vehicle Details Group:
VIN: Chassis number from the vehicle's marketing record.
Model code: Ford's model code for this range of vehicle (e.g. 19=Ford Focus).
Ford vehicle: A tick signifies that the vehicle is a Ford.
Distance indicator: Miles or Kilometres (determined by the vehicle's marketing record).
