This form is displayed on selecting the Customer concern codes option from the Ford GWE claims menu.
Customer concern codes are included in each task in a point-of-sale WIP record and are usually submitted with a claim. These codes represent categories of customer complaint and are normally determined by the manufacturer.
Note: It is unlikely that you will need to make changes to the customer concern codes file unless advised to do so by the manufacturer. Any changes you make will be overwritten next time the file is updated by the manufacturer.
