This form is displayed on selecting the Non-franchise product types option from the Ford GWE Claims menu.
When a claim is created that contains non-franchise product types (eg. lubricants or tyres) the payee requires a categorisation of these parts. The coding structure is usually defined by the manufacturer.
Note: It is unlikely that you will need to make changes to the non-franchise product types file unless advised to do so by the manufacturer. Any changes you make will be overwritten the next time the file is updated by the manufacturer.
