Product Mapping Form

This form is displayed on selecting the Product mapping option from the Ford GWE Claims menu.

Product mapping files identify certain part numbers and enable the system to add that information to the claim, lubricants or tyres, for example.

Note: It is unlikely that you will need to make changes to product mapping files unless advised to do so by the manufacturer. Any changes you make will be overwritten the next time the file is updated by the manufacturer.

GRID:

Part/Labour: L for labour or P for parts

RTScode/Partno: Scheduled labour code identifying the type of work carried out or the full part number

Code: LU for an oil or lubricant, or PN for a tyre

Reference: If the part/labour is an oil or lubricant, V indicates that it is packaged in bulk, B indicates that it is in a can.
