This tab is displayed when you select Ford Operations menu > Ford OWS claims menu > Select Service and Repair Claims and click the Ford logo. Then click the Claim 2 tab. It contains information about approval codes, damage and transport codes and repair information.
Tip: Use the Claim number ellipsis button or the search button
on the toolbar to retrieve a claim record.
Specific Details Group:
Service part installation: The date that the service part was installed.
Elapsed distance: The elapsed distance (in miles or kilometres) since the previous service or sale of the vehicle.

Approval Codes Group:
Approval code 1: Pre-authorisation code provided by Ford. More than one can be used, depending on the type of claim and repair.
Approval code 2: Pre-authorisation code provided by Ford. More than one can be used, depending on the type of claim and repair.
Approval code 3: Pre-authorisation code provided by Ford. More than one can be used, depending on the type of claim and repair.
Approval code 4: Pre-authorisation code provided by Ford. More than one can be used, depending on the type of claim and repair.
Transport Details Group
Carrier code: The unique 3 digit carrier code.
Delivery document: The delivery document number.
Convoy delivery: The date that the delivery will take place.
Damage Details Group:
Damage area: The part of the vehicle that has been damaged.
Damage type: The type of damage that has been done to the vehicle or part. For example, broken windscreen.
Damage severity: The severity of the damage. For example, paint scratches may be considered slight, while bad dents from an accident may be considered severe.
Splits
Customer %: The percentage of the total cost that the customer must pay.
Dealer %: The percentage of the total cost that the dealer must pay.
