The spend analysis maintenance option allows you to create, amend and delete the categories used to determine how spend analysis is broken down in the option from the CRM records.
When the spend analysis maintenance option is taken from the The Miscellaneous Options Menu you will be presented with a standard Autoline GEDIT form. Use of the gedit form is further explained from the gedit form link in the related topics part of this help file. The form displays two fields which are :-
Analysis Code: The Analysis code ellipsis 
allows you to select the loyalty codes that have been created, this in turn will allow you to amend or delete the codes. The code can be up to ten characters and can be numeric or alpha in nature.
Description: This is the spend analysis code description. The description can be up to thirty five characters long. If a spend analysis code has been selected and loaded from an ellipsis search the description will be defaulted in.
