This is normally set up as a Priority 8 option. When sales orders are created in Autoline, they must be monitored so that they cannot be created a second time. They are recorded in the Dialogys Orders File. This file is indexed by:
Dialogys order number
Dialogys company
Dialogys station.
To access the Renault Dialogys Orders Form:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS Menu, select the Dialogys option.
The Dialogys Menu is displayed.
Select the Maintain orders option.
The Renault Dialogys Orders Form is displayed.
This form enables you to keep track of sales orders. It is displayed when you select the Maintain orders option from the Dialogys Menu. Records are removed from this file (RE.MS.dgord) when you consolidate orders.
Dialogys order no.: Dialogys order number
Dialogys company: Dialogys company number
Dialogys station: Dialogys station id number
WIP number: Autoline WIP number
Validated (Y/N): Flag to indicate whether id order has been validated
