This program, normally run automatically as a Timed Operation. This verifies that all the files within the Bodyshop Estimating (BE) database are intact and have not been corrupted. If any errors are found, or any files have exceeded their pre-determined percentage full capacity, the details are printed to a log report which should be studied carefully. If in any doubt as to what course of action to take to rectify any errors, contact Autoline Support for advice or assistance.
Note: It is vital that this programme is run after a hardware or software failure has occurred.
To verify files:
Note: This option must only be run when there are no other users in BE, and under guidance from Autoline Support.
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Bodyshop estimating interface option and Company required.
The BODYSHOP ESTIMATING main menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The BE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Verify files option.
The Verify Files form is displayed.
Click the Verify button.
The following message is displayed:

On completion of processing one of the following two resultant events occurs:
If no errors are found, you are returned to the BE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
If errors are found, the system prints a log report to the currently selected printer.
