Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Payroll module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Payroll:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Payroll option and Company you require.

   The Payroll Password form is displayed.

2. Enter your payroll password.

   The PAYROLL menu is displayed.

3. Select the System maintenance option.

   The PR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

4. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File usage statistics form is displayed.
