This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Stock Checking module and indicates if any are becoming too full.
To access the File Usage Statistics form in Stock Checking:
From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Stock checking option and the Company you require.
You are prompted for the stock location via a dialog box.
Select the Stock Location.
The STOCK CHECKING Main Menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The SC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.
Select the File usage statistics option.
The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
Note: The file codes and their meanings in SC are as follows:
ck (check): Stock check file
cl (class): Perpetual stock check classes file
sc (ctrls): Stock check controls
rs (rough): Supplementary rough sheets file
sp (systm): Stock check parameters
