This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Vehicle Stockbooks module and indicates if any are becoming too full.To access the File Usage Statistics in Vehicle Stockbooks:
From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Vehicle stockbooks option and the Company you require.
The VEHICLE STOCKBOOKS Main Menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The VS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.
Select the File usage statistics option.
The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
Note: The file codes and their meanings in VS are as follows:
ac: Analysis codes
as: Account statuses
cf: Cost file codes
ec: Estimated costs
in: Invoice stock file
mp: Master posting tables
nv: New vehicle stock
pt: Purchase order types
ad: Permissions & security
uv: Used stock file
lg: Vehicle log file
vs: Vehicle specification
