Customer Satisfaction Index Survey Administrator form

This form is opened when you select the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey setup option from the CRM miscellaneous option menu. It enables access to the a suite of functions which guide you through the process of maintaining CSI surveys. As this forms purpose is to enable access to the survey maintenance functionality the tool and menu bars are limited.

Icon Menu option Description
Exit.gif File - Exit Closes the CSI
File - Create Opens the survey creation wizard
Next.gif View - Next Only enabled when a grid item has been selected opens the survey maintenance form.

The available surveys grid displays the surveys that the customer has completed. It is split into four columns:
