The Database Cleansing: Step 2 of 4 - Vehicle record confirmation form is displayed when you click the Next button on the Database Cleansing: Step 1 of 4 - Record Selection form. It enables the copying of data from nominated merge records to the nominated master record.
Note: This variant of the Database Cleansing... form 2 applies when the duplication search is by vehicle, not by customer or company. In other words, it is displayed when you click the Next button after selecting Merge > Vehicles from the menu bar or clicking the Vehicles toolbar button on the Database Cleansing... form 1.

Magic number: Record number
Franchise: Franchise name
Model: Vehicle model
Variant: Model variant
Description: Variant's description
Chassis: Identification number of the individual vehicle's chassis
Engine No: Identification number of the individual vehicle's engine
Key Nos (two fields): Security number(s) unique to the individual vehicle
Delivery date: When the vehicle was delivered or is scheduled to be delivered
Next service date: When the vehicle is next scheduled to be serviced
MOT date: When the vehicle's Ministry Of Transport road-worthiness certificate expires
Registration: Vehicle's license plate
Sales branch: Subdivision of sales organisation
Aftersales branch: Subdivision of aftersales organisation

Restore: Restores original contents of the master record, undoing any changes. (Enabled only when field contents have been copied from the Selected record to the Master record.)
