This form is displayed when you click the E-mail options... button in the Miscellaneous options group on the File Transfer Editor. It is also displayed when you click the Edit e-mails... button on the E-mail Options tab of the file transfer creation wizard. It enables you to set or edit email operations.
E-mail action:
When to e-mail: Condition triggering an email when the file transfer completes. One of:
A Always mail: Send an email regardless of the success or failure of the file transfer
F Mail only on failure: Send an email only if the file transfer fails
S Mail only on success: Send an email only if the file transfer succeeds
N Never: Do not send an email regardless of the success or failure of the file transfer
Tip: Use the drop-down button
to select the When to e-mail condition. If you set it to anything other than Never, you must complete the Header information and E-mail contents groups.
Header information:
Note: Email recipients must be in your Autoline Administrator address book. External email addresses cannot be used. An email address is of the form fred.bloggs@kerridge.com, not the address of a web site such as http//:www.kerridge.com.
Send to: Email recipient(s) to whom the email is primarily addressed. If more than one, separate them with commas.
Tip: The recipient Send to email address can be that of an individual or a mail group. Use the Ellipsis buttons
to select Send to and/or CC recipients.
CC: Additional recipient(s) to whom the email is not directly addressed. If more than one, separate them with commas.
Subject: Email title indicating what the email is about, typically being visible to the recipient before he/she reads the email's body

Enter the e-mail text here: Main body of the email consisting of a maximum of 25 lines, each line consisting of up to 50 characters of plain text
