The Surcharge Return Labels Near Expiry report form is displayed when, on the Surcharge Returns Tracking menu, you select the Labels near expiry report option.

The 'Surcharge Return Labels Near Expiry' report details return labels approaching expiry. This report might be used to chase any customers, who have purchased one of the parts on the list, to return the old unit before the expiry time. The stock balance of new units is also displayed in case a dealer wishes to return the new unit for credit, ensuring he gets the surcharge back as well.
