This menu is displayed when you select the Surcharge returns menu option from the Operations menu.
Returns label maintenance: Enables you to create, delete, and amend return labels.
Surcharge return settings: Enables direct access to surcharge return parameters.
Surcharge returns file: Displays surcharge return records sorted by the field of your choice.
Expiry period mapfile: Displays the mapfile, which can contain expiry date information based on supplier, part number, or surcharge code.
Surcharge returns import: Enables you to run the surcharge returns import manually.
Labels near expiry report: Displays a report detailing return labels approaching expiry.
Ignored returns report: Displays the ignored return labels reporting facility.
Blank expiry date report: If a label has a blank expiry date it is included on the blank expiry date report for completion.
Available labels report: Whenever an old unit surcharge part is returned via purchase control, it is checked against the Autoline database to see if there is an outstanding and available label that can be used for its return. You can then select a returns label, the details of which are printed for the warehouse person responsible for returning the part.
