Available Labels Report form

The Available Labels Report form is displayed when, on the Surcharge Returns Tracking menu, you select the Available labels report option.

Whenever an old unit surcharge part is returned via purchase control it is checked against the Autoline database to see if there is an outstanding and available label that can be used for its return. You can then select a returns label, the details of which are printed for the warehouse person responsible for returning the part.

Output type: Choose between several display and print options

Enter stock company: The parts supplier's code (listed in Surcharge Return Parameters)

PUSHBUTTONS

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations Schedule form

Add to batch: Displays the 'Add report to batch' form

Note: The Schedule and Add to batch buttons are greyed-out when the Output type field is set to 'Display.'
