Each task within a claim is divided into labour and parts. The parts tab gives in-depth information about the part details of the claim.
Parts details
M: The main parts used as represented in Menu Pricing.
PartNumber: The part number assigned to the faulty part.
Description: A description of the faulty part.
Qty: The number of parts required for the repair.
Gross: The value of the line after tax.
Disc%: The approved discount for the parts.
Contrib: The approved contribution percentage.
Nett: The value of the line before tax.
V: Value added tax is represented by V. Capital S denotes standard taxation (that is, VAT not included) whereas lower case s stands for tax included.
Non-fran: Is the part non-franchise?
Type: The type of part code.
Causal: Is this the causal part?
