Audit Tab

Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. Click the Help button on the relevant forms or menus to see any existing help file specific to your Autoline configuration for that form or menu. Alternatively, a help file may exist in the Warranty Table of Contents specific to your manufacturer.

The audit tab is part of the Claims form. It provides you or the auditors with a history of each claim. Any claim can be viewed regardless of its status. Re-submissions are displayed as well as the original submission. Claims are categorised in the claim history in the following way:

Claim history

Old status: The previous status of the claim.

Status: The present status of the claim.

Date: The date when the event happened.

Time: The time when the event happened.

Value: The value of the claim.

User ID: The identification code of the user who entered the claim.

Description: A description of the claim status.

GRID SHORTCUT MENU:

Right-clicking a line on the grid within the Audit Tab displays a shortcut menu:

Display Invoice: Displays the actual invoice

Display transactions: Displays a list of consolidated accounts in the Nominal Ledger. Double-clicking on a line in the Search Results grid displays further detail.

Audit Details Form

The Audit Details form is displayed when you select a claim from the audit tab then click on the relevant claim within the submission history. This form provides further details about the claim.

Field Descriptions

Audit magic: A unique claim number generated by the Autoline system.

Description of event: A description of the present event.

POS operator: The operator responsible for the event.

Outstanding value: Amount still due on the claim.
