Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. Click the Help button on the relevant forms or menus to see any existing help file specific to your Autoline configuration for that form or menu. Alternatively, a help file may exist in the Warranty Table of Contents specific to your manufacturer.
The Claim Search form is displayed when you click the Ellipsis button [...] against the Claim number field on the Claims form. It enables you to search for a claim.
To search for a claim:
Push buttons
Close: Exits the current window and returns you to the Claims form.
Search: Compiles a list of current claims at status 10 available for submission.
Last WIP: Searches for claims created from the last WIP.
Note: If you load a costed WIP in POS with a claim on it and then click the Last WIP button it will enter the last WIP loaded into the search criteria.
Reset: Resets all filter details to the default.
Help: Displays help.
Print: Prints a list of filtered claims.
Field descriptions
Claim number: Enter the claim numbers that you want to start- and end your search with.
Invoice number: Enter the invoice numbers that you want to start- and end your search with.
Invoice date: Enter the invoice dates that you want to start- and end your search with.
WIP number: Enter the WIP numbers that you want to start- and end your search with.
SL magic: Enter the Sales Ledger account.
Registration: Enter the registration number to display repair claims to this specific registration number (also filters on partial match).
Account: Enter the account number to display claims invoiced to this specific account. Click the Ellipsis button [...] to view the list of customer accounts.
Status: Only display claims at the selected status.
Tick Box
Include non-claims: Identify and display all invoiced tasks - not only the claims.
PUSH BUTTONS
Reset: Click this button to reset all filter details to the default.
